Why not let us know how to help you most effectively? New ideas and suggested improvements are always welcome.
Please share your thoughts to the Customer Success Team through one of the following mechanisms:
  • Feedback Button - on the home page of the Support Portal, click on the Feedback button and provide us your comments.
  • Survey - sent to you when your support case is closed. There is a feedback section as part of completing the survey.
  • Log a support case within the Support Portal.
  • Provide your comments to your Customer Success Manager.
