Inviting users from your domain

If you're a network administrator you can can invite users from your domain to join the network from the Manage Users page.
Users invited from this page skip the registration step and go straight to activating their accounts. They will each have a dashboard within the domain, as well as a private home site.
Note: Only users who've been assigned Network Administrator permissions (speak to Alfresco Support for further details) on an Alfresco in the Cloud Enterprise Subscription account have access this feature.
  1. Open the user menu on the toolbar and click Account Settings.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Click Invite People.

    Tip: This feature is also available on the toolbar.
  4. Specify the people you want to invite.

    You can invite any number of people from your domain. You must use a valid email address.

  5. Write an optional personal message to include in the email invitation.
  6. Click Invite Users to extend the invitation to each person listed.
Each person will receive an email invitation, which they can accept or decline.
