Connect to a Content Services account

If you’re already an Alfresco Content Services or Alfresco Community Edition user you can connect to your account.
We recommend connecting to version 4.2 or later.
Note: The first time you connect to your account, you’ll be asked if you want to enable file protection for downloaded files. Tap Yes to activate the file protection. See Settings for more details.
  1. Tap Content Services.
  2. Enter the address to connect to. This is the URL for Alfresco Content Services. It may look something like example.alfresco.com.

    Tip: If you usually access your account with a URL that starts with https://, select the HTTPS option. If you copy and paste in the URL then the app will select whether the HTTPS option is required or not.
  3. The Advanced settings are completed for you by default. If you need to change them then see Alfresco FAQs.
  4. Tap Next, then enter your username and password

    Note: If the account you add is part of your company single sign-on then a different sign in screen is displayed. Use your single sign-on details to sign in.
  5. Change the description if you want to.

  7. Tap Save.

    If you have multiple accounts set up then:

    • Selected is the currently selected account
    • Unselected is another account. Tap to switch to this account.

    To delete an account swipe left on it and tap Delete.
