You can assign tags, and create tags in the Digital Workspace. You can also assign categories in the Digital Workspace. Tags and categories help organize your content so that related information is easy to find, whether it be connected through different projects or concepts. Tags
You can assign tags, and create tags for your content within the Digital Workspace.

Sign into the Digital Workspace.

Find the content you want to work with and select it by clicking once on the Type icon next to its Name.

Click the View Details button on the top right.

Click the Edit icon at the bottom of the Details pane.

Click the + symbol next to Tags.

Search for and select the tag or tags you want to add to your content, or you can provide a name and create a new tag from here, and then click Save Changes
If you create a new tag it will be created in the Control Center.
Categories
You can assign categories to your content within the Digital Workspace.

Sign into the Digital Workspace.

Find the content you want to work with and select it by clicking once on the Type icon next to its Name.

Click the View Details button on the top right.

Click the Edit icon at the bottom of the Details pane.

Click the + symbol next to Categories.

Search for the category or categories you want to add to your content, and then click Save Changes.
Note: You can’t create new categories in the Digital Workspace, you can only create them from the Control Center.
