Alfresco Collaboration Connector for Microsoft 365 1.0

Alfresco Collaboration Connector for Microsoft 365 allows you to integrate Alfresco seamlessly with Microsoft Office Online web applications from within Alfresco Digital Workspace.

As a user you can edit Microsoft Office documents, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint that are stored in Alfresco from the Digital Workspace directly in Office Online for the web.

The following features are available in this release of the Microsoft 365 connector:
  • You can edit Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint documents that are stored in Alfresco.
  • You can share Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint documents with collaborators.
  • You can co-author Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint documents with collaborators in real-time.
This documentation also contains information for Administrators that explains in detail how to deploy and configure Microsoft 365 connector with Alfresco Content Services and the Digital Workspace. There is also information for end users that explains the features of the product, what you can do and how to do it, and what isn’t supported in this release.
