- Open the Admin Console, and then click Google Docs.

You also need to type in a Google Docs user name and password for the feature to be fully enabled. Username This is the administrative Google Docs user name that is used for the integration between Alfresco and Google Docs.
For users to be able to access the shared documents in the Google Docs administration account, they must add their personal Google Docs user name in their own profile.Note: As the administrator, you can set a personal Google Docs user name in your profile. To avoid confusion, use a different Google Docs user name in the profile from the administrative Google Docs user name on the Admin Console.
Password This is the password of the administrative Google Docs user name.
If you do not want to save the changes, click Cancel.
