- Feedback Button - on the home page of the Support Portal, click on the Feedback button and provide us your comments.
- Survey - sent to you when your support case is closed. There is a feedback section as part of completing the survey.
- Log a support case within the Support Portal.
- Provide your comments to your Customer Success Manager.
